The specifications of the extruder are not up to standard, which is manifested as eccentricity; the thickness of the sheath or the deviation of the diameter; the key reasons are: the speed of the extrusion and the traction belt is unstable;
1. The diameter of the cable core has changed greatly;
2. Excessively high extrusion temperature leads to a decrease in extrusion volume;
3. Too many residues in the plastic block the filter screen to reduce the total flow of the plastic;
4. The supporting force of the retracting construction line is unstable;
5. The mold core is selected too large (extrusion type) or the length of the mold core's line area is too short and eccentric;
6. The mold interval selection is not suitable;
7. The temperature of the extruder head is uneven;
8. The coaxiality of the extrusion die is not well adjusted;
9. Too high temperature at the feed inlet makes the feed difficult and endangers the material flow;
For the above reasons, you should always accurately measure the diameter of the sheath and adjust it immediately; select and adjust the extrusion die effectively; pay attention to the change in the support force of the retracting construction and pay-off and adjust it immediately; the temperature control should be consistent with the requirements;
