First of all, you have to judge whether the screw is suitable for producing the product. Are you debugging a new machine, or the one you used before is good, and this is only happening now. You can remove the mold first and let the extruder empty to see if this happens. If it is still intermittent, the cause of the mold can basically be ruled out. Then adjust from the process temperature, whether the feeding is smooth, whether the cooling water of the feeding port is open, whether the screw and barrel are worn, and so on. If the empty discharge is normal, check the mold and check whether the pressure is stable after adding the mold.
