(3) For the oil sump or reducer, first clean up, and check whether there are any dirt, metal scraps, etc. falling into the pool or box, and then introduce the grease into the pool or box according to the specified grease model or total number .
(4) When a gasoline pump is used as the driving device of the extruder to carry out compulsory lubrication, it should be checked whether the rotation position of the gasoline pump meets the requirements and whether the working pressure of the oil and the circulation system are good.
(5) Check whether the rotation directions of the main motor and the mechanical pump motor are proper.
(6) Check whether the anxiety levels of the triangle belts are the same.
(7) Check whether the position of the adjusting nut of the clutch is suitable, and whether the opening and closing and control of the clutch are convenient. If a pneumatic clutch is used, check whether the standard air pressure of the pneumatic valve, the amount of air supply and the standard air pressure according to the relief pressure of the pressure regulating valve meet the requirements.
(8) Check whether the sealing condition of the water pipe, gas valve and vacuum system is good, and whether the gate valve is easy to open and close.
(9) Check whether the grounding devices of all machinery and electrical equipment are good.
