2.Customers can choice combining mold (up to 18 combining specs) or fixed spec mold.
3.Advance feeding sheet can avoid over temperature of first feed, utilizing sheet efficiently and reducing wastes.
4.Cooling the product by 7-UP automatic spray gun that made in Taiwan can insure forming fast, eject easy.
5.Guide post receives hardness treatment. With composite bearing, it doesn’t need oil supply, which can reduce package contamination, keep the machine clean.
6.Adopts the removable up & lower mold device to avoid centrifugalism and insure running smooth when the mold length is shorter than standard mold.
7.Special chain orbit to reduce the noise and friction between chain and orbit. Save the feeding motor power & feed quickly.
