A. The molding equipment consists of the main structure frame, positive and negative pressure molding system, temperature control system, vacuum system, heating system, gas control system, electrical and PLC control system, punching system, product decomposition stacking and side material automatic winding system And other structures.
B. The main body of the equipment: It is formed by joining and welding steel structural profiles such as square channels and channel steel, and is used for assembly heating, die table forming, die table punching and auxiliary devices. The integral steel structure frame has sufficient strength and rigidity according to the movable device that transmits and transforms motion and force. All metal surfaces are treated with anti-rust treatment and the bottom layer is sprayed with anti-rust paint; universal and standard parts are used in the structure to facilitate later maintenance and replacement of all components.
C. Mold table structure: the processing mold table adopts Germany's advanced positive and negative pressure thermoforming technology, six-axis CNC machining of Japanese-funded enterprises, cast steel HT300 profile, multiple heat treatment, straightening, tempering, each set of mold base The net weight of the table is 5.0 tons, and the punching force (or cutting force) of 100T; the operation surface of the die table directly loads and unloads the die and contains a quick clamping system. The cutting die table is equipped with a hot knife heating device.
D, electrical and PLC control systems / safety facilities
◇ The electric control system adopts PLC integrated module control, uses industrial touch display as HMI (Human Machine Interface), and adopts Chinese interface. The machine has button operation and setting and modification of all process parameters, making the equipment easy to operate and maintain.
◇ The working mode of the whole machine is divided into manual / automatic, and all setting functions are realized on the touch display; when the operator places the material, press the automatic start device to complete the entire process molding process until the material processing and production in the silo is completed ; Manual is mainly used for mold change or sample control.
◇ The system is equipped with multiple protection measures, and each action that may collide with each other is provided with interlocking and closed-loop control protection.
◇ Safety door protection seal design, use manual buckle to open, manually lock, safety grating installed in the protection door, improve equipment safety factor, ensure personnel and property safety.
◇ The distribution cabinet contains protection circuits, including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and overload protection. The heating element has fuse core protection. There are warning signs or remarks for safety issues that may cause harm to the system or the workpiece. 10% space is reserved in the control box for future changes. The electric cabinet is installed with a filter screen and a protective cooling fan.
◇ All non-removable cables and wires outside the power box are hidden in the cable trough for easy opening and repair. If it is not possible to do so at this point, use a hose to fix it.
◇ There are multiple points of “emergency stop” button in front, middle and back of the equipment. “Emergency stop” forcibly cuts off the power of the equipment so that there is no dangerous situation during “emergency stop”.
