PP vacuum molding machine, as core equipment of plastic packaging production, is widely used in food packaging, medical packaging, electronic packaging and other fields. These machines operate under conditions of high temperature heating, vacuum suction and mechanical reciprocation. If not properly maintained, it will not only affect the molding quality of the product, but also increase failure rate of the equipment, leading to higher operating costs. Therefore, the establishment of standard routine maintenance system is the key to ensure the steady operation of equipment and improve production efficiency.

Mechanical transmission components also require continued attention. Guide rails, chains, bearings and lifting mechanisms in the equipment will wear out during frequent operation. Insufficient lubrication or loose parts will not only affect the operation accuracy of the equipment, but also lead to increased vibration, noise and even mechanical failure. Regular lubrication and inspection of key transmission components can effectively reduce the wear rate and prolong the service life of the equipment.


As an important tool to determine product appearance and dimension accuracy, die directly affects the quality of the final product due to its maintenance level. In production process, plastic residue tend to accumulate on the surface of the mold and vacuum holes are easily blocked. If not cleaned in time, will affect the vacuuming effect and the product's demolding performance. Therefore, enterprises should establish mold cleaning and maintenance system to ensure that the mold is always in good working condition.


With the improvement of automation, PLC control system and intelligent temperature control system are widely used in modern polypropylene vacuum molding machine. The stable operation of electrical system is an important guarantee for the safe production of equipment. Maintenance personnel shall regularly inspect the wiring connections of electrical control cabinet, the state of control components and the internal environment to avoid equipment failures due to poor contact, ageing of components or dust accumulation.
