1. Regularly check the connection of the wire harness to avoid friction with other moving parts and damage the wires, causing short circuits and leakage.
2. The pressure of forming, heat sealing, indentation and other parts should not be too large, so as not to affect the service life of the packaging machine.
3. When the blister packaging machine is just opened, the preheating temperature of each heating component can be appropriately increased. After the operation is stable, the preset temperature guarantee function can be appropriately lowered to protect the heating element.
4. Keep the blister packaging machine clean and beautiful, and do not scratch or knock the stainless steel surface with hard objects.
5. Do not put debris in the motion channel.
6. During the packaging process of the blister packaging machine, if the operation is abnormal, the machine should be shut down in time and can only be operated after troubleshooting.
7. After the work is over, press the emergency stop switch to close the compressed air and cooling water valves.
3. Maintenance guidelines for blister packaging machine
1. When working, the cooling parts must not be shut off. Supply water before starting the machine, and then heat the heating components; when the production is terminated, stop the water supply after the heating components reach normal temperature.
2. The surface of the heat-sealing roller should be kept clean. Use a fine copper wire brush to remove attachments under heating. At the same time, the operator should pay attention to the operating range and the distance between the hands, arms and body and the heating roller to avoid burns.
3. After the work is finished, turn off the power first, and turn off the water and air sources after the heating components have cooled to normal temperature.
4. When using or storing abrasive tools, avoid bumping and scratching, and do not contact with corrosive materials.
5. When the blister packaging machine is not used for a long time, the water in the waterway and airway should be blown out with compressed air, and all parts should be oiled and covered with plastic.
