Product Description:
We adopt advanced international technology and make considerable innovations on design, manufacturing and accessories for Automatic PS PP Extruder Line. The machine is mainly used to produce two layers or three layers plastic sheet of PP, PS and PE. Then the sheet can be taken to produce such as disposable cups, jelly cups, plastic packing containers, file and so on. It is mainly composed of extrusion system, transmission system, and heating and cooling system.
It usually uses electric heating, which is divided into resistance heating and induction heating. The heating plate is installed in the body, neck, and head. The heating device externally heats the plastic in the cylinder to make it warm up to reach the temperature required for the process operation. The Automatic PS PP Extruder Line comes with high efficiency, delicate design, durability, low failure rate, simple operation as well as high cost effective, and is highly praised by our customers worldwide.
